Hello, I am a focused and dedicated BNL fan since 1994. As I am new to the world of blogs and such this has been a real education for me. I love how they have used the internet to reach out to the fan community and make the whole experience more personal. Their music to me is a part of life and reflection of the same, both my life and theirs. Yes, Barenaked Ladies really Are Me and they show that in their songs, in the great way they treat their fans and live their lives. I have a game I play in my head all the time, find the lyric/song to suit the situation, it's really easy to do and pretty much comes naturally these days. They are politically/enviromentally aware, yet not preachy about it. They have found a way to live fulfilling and meaningful lives doing something they love without becoming jerks in the process. A fine goal for anyone on this planet.
